Entry Level: Career Starters (0-3 years) Function: Production & Operations Webasto Roof Systems Inc. is currently recruiting for an SCM Team Leader Material Handling located at an upcoming new plant in New Hudson, MI.

**Job Responsibilities:**
* Managing all activities of dispatch and shipping or warehouse and line feeding processes
* Appropriate distributions of tasks among the available workforce of material handlers and line feeders based on the production plan
* Identification and implementation of improvements and procedure updates in the respective area
**Education & Experience:**
* Working experience in material handling/line feeding operations in a warehouse and production environment
* Forklift Truck experience ideally holding a valid Fork Lift Truck certification
* Basic experience with using MRP/ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
* Basic computer skills
