Job Summary
As a Scrum Master, you will be part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional Scrum team within Technology area. You'll advise and lead the team on Scaled Agile Framework values, principles and Scrum framework to ensure that the team is fully functional, productive, and focused on the Program Increment Objectives. As a Scrum Master, you will work directly on a large scaled scrum team (up to 10 technology and business associates) to coach and facilitate the continuous improvement of the team. You may be required to oversee multiple scrum teams depending on complexity. The ability to maintain the principles of a Scaled Agile Framework aligning with the business priorities requires systems thinking and influence to drive to results within the epics. Working with the Product Manager and Product Owner, you will support the work of the team by facilitating agile events and ceremonies, such as, daily stand ups, interaction planning and retrospectives. You will work closely with the Release Train Engineer, and program team to coordinate delivery work and services toward the Program Increment Objectives delivering on business value. Presenting to senior leadership through program increment events is a critical expectation of this role. You will participate in the Agile Release Train events, such as Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect and Adapt workshop, as required by the program.
