Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager for a large global cosmetics company. They will be responsible for working within the retail IT space and overseeing several projects related to omnichannel, loyalty programs and promotion simulations across two of their top selling brands. Three out of the five days in the week will be devoted towards the project managing sides of things, while the other two days will be devoted towards business analyst-type responsibilities (writing test cases/functional requirements, documenting, etc.). These projects are already in flight with project plans created, so responsibilities for this role include running weekly meetings, handling status reports, communicating between business and IT teams to ensure proper process is put in place and overall managing deliverables on a daily basis. Some examples of projects they will be working with include cleaning up duplicate customer data in the company database, real time CRM, and real time loyalty. . A successful person in this role will have great communication, diligent work ethic and attention to detail. They should have experience in the retail industry and POS based projects. This is a 12 month contract and has the possibility for extension. As a contractor they will be able to work remotely, but will travel every now and then to L'Oreal locations in the US.
