Must have hands on experience in Agile Release Train. Certification is a must Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with hands-on experience in Agile Release Train (ART). Certification as a Scrum Master is a must for this role. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in facilitating Agile practices and ceremonies, coaching teams to optimize their performance, and ensuring successful delivery of projects within the Agile framework. Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, facilitating Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Guide and coach Agile teams on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Work closely with the Agile Release Train (ART) to plan, coordinate, and execute program increments (PIs) and releases.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, removing impediments and promoting transparency.
- Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution, ensuring alignment with Agile values and principles.
- Track and report on team metrics, such as velocity, burndown charts, and team health indicators, to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the adoption of Agile practices and tools, providing training and mentoring to team members and stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of overall experience in software development or IT projects.
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, leading Agile teams in software development or related projects.
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is required.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Experience working with Agile Release Train (ART) and coordinating multiple Agile teams is essential.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving Agile transformations and delivering successful outcomes in complex environments.
