Responsibilities Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for multiple Agile teams. Coach team members in Agile methodologies and practices to enhance their skills and effectiveness. Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress and performance. Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized. Monitor and report on team performance metrics, guiding continuous improvement efforts. Promote a culture of open communication, collaboration, and accountability. Foster self-organization among teams to encourage empowered decision-making. Requirements Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in Agile environments. Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles. Ability to facilitate discussions and drive decision-making among team members. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar management software. Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
