Job Summary The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile practices within cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth project execution and supporting Agile methodologies to enhance team performance. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, managing requirements, and guiding the team through Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, Agile principles, and practices that support agility. Key Responsibilities •Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices •Guide teams in Agile frameworks and adjust as necessary to optimize workflows (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, XP) •Manage requirements, analysis, design, testing, and deployment throughout the project lifecycle •Support Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices, along with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Automated Test-Driven Development (ATDD) •Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and drive project goals forward •Ensure adherence to Agile principles, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment Required Qualifications •Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience •8-10+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role •5+ years of full-time business experience •Working knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices, including Kanban, Scrumban, XP, and Mob programming •Strong project management skills, including requirements management, quality assurance, and configuration and change management Preferred Qualifications •Familiarity with Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Test-Driven Development, and other practices supporting Agile Education: Bachelors Degree
