Their influence and expertise are essential in promoting a dynamic and adaptive approach to project management, ultimately supporting the company's strategic objectives and enhancing overall operational effectiveness.What will your essential responsibilities include?Be the Servant Leader for teams and support them in defining roadmaps aligned with business strategy as well as delivering outcomes with maximum efficiency and value creation.Facilitate key agile ceremonies and ensure their efficiency: stand-up, sprint planning, sprint demo, retrospective.Mobilize and lead teams/squads focused on the delivery of IT outcomes.Interact closely with key stakeholders to ensure vision and strategy serve as the teams' North Star, and support Product Owners/Business Owners in creating, refreshing and grooming the backlog.Leads deliverables and resource planning/forecasting. Guides the team in establishing estimates and coaches teams on the estimation exercise.Provide guidance, teach and coach teams on the appropriate use of agile practices/tools for their day-to-day activities (deliverable production, workload estimation, resource planning, backlog management, problem-solving).Helps teams improve and take responsibilities for their actions and coaches on problem-solving.Remove impediments to ensure self-organized teams can focus on high-value increments.Fosters common team bonds and culture.Engages with the agile practices chapter to keep updated on the AXA XL best practices.In this role, you will report to the Project Management Lead.We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:A significant amount of scrum master experience with cross-functional teams.Project management experience and certification is a plus.Scrum certification preferred, Agile at scale if possible.Detailed understanding and practice of agile methodology and mindset (values and principles).Outstanding organizational and time management skills.Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, and ability to negotiate.Analytical skills to address complex issues and ability to think and communicate at different levels of detail and across different levels of the organization.Experience with industry agile and project management tools.Prior work experience in insurance property/casualty and technology fields preferred.FIND your futureAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual's skills, experience, and location.
