Title: Agile Scrum MasterLocation: Jersey City, NJPay rate: $75 - $78 (Per hour)About the Role:We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to facilitate Scrum/Kanban level ceremonies and Program level events.The ideal candidate will influence leaders, teams, and stakeholders in Lean-Agile practices and drive epic-level prioritization decisions.This role will involve assessing the agility level of the Program, facilitating Agile processes, and providing support to Agile Delivery Teams, Product Teams, and Programs.Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum/Kanban level ceremonies and Program level eventsDrive epic-level prioritization decisions with key stakeholdersAssess the agility level of the Program and help improve itProvide support to Agile Delivery Teams, Product Teams, and ProgramsEscalate and track impediments, manage risk and dependenciesSupport Business, IT, and Product Management alignment on vision and prioritiesEstablish a cadence and support cross-Project planning centered around value streamsFacilitate periodic synchronization meetings within and across ProjectsAssist tracking the execution of features within the ProjectProvide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecksSupport release management activitiesProvide delivery metrics to leadership teamRequired Skills: Good experience with Agile methodologies and toolsets (Atlassian suite, JIRA etc.)Strong expertise in planning, execution, and reportingProven track record of ownership and driving projectsStrong negotiation and communication skillsGood experience in release management activitiesUnderstanding of architectural conceptsExperience in Big Data, Modelling, Web Services, Python, and ETL.
