Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Practicing Agile Scrum Master experience. Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Jira Align
  • Agile experience such as Scrum, Kanban, LESS, or SAFe
  • Experience facilitating PI Planning readiness by guiding the continuous refinement of a backlog that supports the Vision and Roadmap
  • Supporting people in problem identification and decision-making
  • Applying critical and systems thinking to bring creative and holistic solutions to day-to-day challenges
  • Creating visual dashboards, roadmaps, and structure views in Jira and Jira Align
  • Working as part of a geographically dispersed team in a hybrid remote/office environment
  • Facilitating across teams to drive business outcome-focused delivery
  • Teaming with technology and business stakeholders to balance priorities

Desired Qualifications:

· Banking/ Mortgage Industry is highly preferred

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100,000- $130,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for bonus based on achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
