If you're passionate about fostering a global IT organization and making a meaningful impact, apply today and be part of our challenging and supportive team! location: FRAMINGHAM, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $45 - 55 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Lead the scrum team - Collaborate with the technical lead/s to plan the team's work and support the teams needs based on priorities - Drive Loss Prevention Epics/Features and initiatives by contributing to stakeholder/ communication/ vendor/ financial management - Acts as an escalation point for issues related to delivery - Supports team impediment removal and dependency tracking - Facilitates Agile team ceremonies e.g., daily standups, reviews, retrospectives - Ensures team agreements are in place and mirrors adherence to SAFe/Agile practices - Drives iteration commitments and plan for delivering business value - Collaborates with other Scrum Masters across the LP/Back of Stores ARTs as necessary, e.g., Scrum of Scrums - Coordinates with other teams as necessary, for example a Shared Services or Release team - Key Partner with the technical lead to ensure product backlog items are refined, prioritized and scheduled - Supports estimating activities within the team - Responsible for facilitating capacity planning - Reviews metrics to measure team progress - Identifies areas for improvement - Validates time tracking - Tracks team objectives using appropriate Agile tools/applications - Protects team from external interference - Supports the Global Stores ARTs in their Readiness/Preparations - May provide Flow Board Management if supporting a Kanban team - May supports 1 or 2 teams - Ability to manage moderately complex work through their teams - Influences work and process outside of the ART as needed What you'll need We seek creative, results oriented professionals to drive delivery. You'll work with engineers, Scrum masters, business programs, and other professionals to adapt and improve our back-office applications, infrastructure, and cloud modernization efforts. - 3-5 years as a Scrum Master with agile teams using scrum/SaFe. - Agile experience (required); SaFe (preference) - Must have the ability to work with JIRA and Confluence (required) - Proactive and 'can do' attitude to support the releases. - strong project management skills to drive and coordinate with cross functional teams. - strong oral (presentation + conversational communication) and written skills - PowerPoint experience (preference) - Must have the ability to work with Mural, Service Now and PowerBI (preferences) - Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and support extended hours if needed. - strong analytical and problem-solving skill to identify the deployment issues. - Agile Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) (preference) qualifications:
