The ideal candidate will have expertise in SD-WAN technologies, strong networking knowledge, and the ability to deliver innovative network solutions.**Job Responsibilities:**1. **SD-WAN Solution Design:** - Design and architect SD-WAN solutions that align with business requirements, optimizing network performance and cost-efficiency. - Plan for SD-WAN security, redundancy, and scalability.2. **SD-WAN Implementation:** - Configure and deploy SD-WAN devices, including edge routers, controllers, and virtual appliances. - Ensure seamless integration with existing network infrastructure.3. **Traffic Management and Optimization:** - Implement traffic management policies to prioritize application traffic and optimize network performance. - Utilize SD-WAN features like WAN optimization and application acceleration.4. **Security and Compliance:** - Ensure SD-WAN security by implementing encryption, access controls, and intrusion detection. - Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations.5. **Monitoring and Troubleshooting:** - Monitor SD-WAN performance and troubleshoot issues, identifying and resolving connectivity problems. - Utilize SD-WAN monitoring tools to analyze traffic patterns and performance metrics.6. **Documentation and Best Practices:** - Maintain comprehensive documentation of SD-WAN configurations, changes, and incident reports. - Promote SD-WAN best practices and standards within the organization.7. **Vendor Management:** - Collaborate with SD-WAN equipment vendors and service providers for procurement and support. - Evaluate vendor solutions and services to enhance SD-WAN capabilities.8. **Training and Knowledge Sharing:** - Provide training and knowledge sharing on SD-WAN best practices to IT teams and end-users. - Stay current with SD-WAN technologies and industry trends.**Job Requirements:**- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).- Proven experience as an SD-WAN Engineer or in a similar role focused on SD-WAN design and implementation.- Strong knowledge of SD-WAN technologies and principles, including edge devices, controllers, and overlay networks.- Expertise in configuring and managing SD-WAN solutions from leading vendors.- Familiarity with SD-WAN security concepts, encryption methods, and access controls.- Excellent problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving SD-WAN connectivity issues.- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and end-users.- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain meticulous documentation.- Ability to adapt to evolving SD-WAN technologies and industry trends.- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP SD-WAN, VMware SD-WAN by VeloCloud) are advantageous.If you are an experienced SD-WAN Engineer with a passion for designing, implementing, and optimizing SD-WAN solutions to enhance network performance and agility, we encourage you to apply for this role.
