About the Role

Evolvics is looking for a Search Director to build out our presence within search engines and other performance media driven entities. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Performance Marketing, this person's responsibilities will be to lead the planning, managing, optimizing and reporting on paid/organic campaigns in coordination with our in-house media strategists and user engagement teams.

Areas of Focus

  • SEM: Research, plan and execute SEM campaigns across our client portfolios, participate in RFPs, and evolve our search innovations. Own all areas of campaign development and optimization, from keyword and copy creation to bid management and KPI reporting.
  • Organic Search: Understand search engine algorithms and aim to deliver measurable results that help our clients achieve sustainable success.
  • Cross-channel collaborations: Work with cross-functional media channels, understanding how search fits into the total integrated media strategy. Social media experience is a plus.
  • Intangibles: Lead, mentor and train members of the search team. Develop and implement SOPs governing all aspects of best practice campaign development for the search department. Provide support to new business through industry analysis and search landscape estimation.
  • Qualifications

    • 8+ years experience in pharma or healthcare search strategy required.
    • An established expertise in Search (both PPC and SEO) and a demonstrated passion for emerging performance media tactics.
    • An ability to digest a client's strategic imperatives and translate it into a meaningful integrated search strategy.
    • Familiarity with search tools such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog, and SimilarWeb.
    • Experience optimizing and managing complex franchise search accounts.
    • Experience interacting directly with clients and building relationships.
    • Certification in AdWords, Google Analytics and Bing is strongly encouraged.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to support the business.

    The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $150,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
