Associate Manager, Organic Marketing

First 90 days are onsite, after the 90 days - 3 in office and 2 from home.

Seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Associate Manager of Organic Marketing to enhance online presence across multiple platforms. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate business listings, maintaining a positive brand reputation, and supporting overall digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and technical skills alongside a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Listings Management:
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage online business profiles for each physician across directories, search engines, social media, and review platforms.
  • Ensure accurate, consistent, and complete information, including addresses, contact details, and hours of operation, to optimize visibility and searchability.
  • Reputation Management:
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings across various channels to uphold a positive online reputation.
  • Proactively identify trends, manage feedback, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Collaboration & Alignment:
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align online strategies with brand messaging and business objectives.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to maximize the impact of digital marketing tools and expertise.
  • Data Accuracy & Reporting:
  • Regularly audit and ensure the accuracy and consistency of business information across all platforms.
  • Provide actionable insights through data analysis to inform decision-making and improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience:
  • 3–5 years of experience in a corporate role focused on search engine optimization (SEO), reputation management, and lead generation.
  • Proven experience managing ratings and reviews on platforms like Google, Yelp, or similar consumer sites.
  • Skills:
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance creative and analytical thinking to achieve measurable results.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors, partners, or agencies.
  • Advanced data analytics skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable business insights.
