Digital Analyst

Overview

Are you a data enthusiast who loves diving into digital marketing campaigns to uncover insights? Join our team as a Digital Analyst! Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Insights, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing and reporting on the performance of various digital campaigns.

While we offer a hybrid in-office/work from home schedule, this role requires 3 days in our office a week. Tuesday-Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Track, manage, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, and other digital channels.
  • Data Analysis: Collect data from multiple sources, analyze results, and prepare client reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • KPI Development: Develop and monitor KPIs to measure success, drive improvements, and align with business objectives.
  • Optimization Support: Provide insights and tactical support for continuous campaign optimization.
  • Trend Identification: Identify trends and opportunities to enhance future campaigns.
  • Expertise Maintenance: Stay updated on analytics and digital developments.
  • Agency Advocacy: Advise colleagues and clients as needed, acting as an advocate for the agency.
  • Dashboard Management: Set up, update, and maintain client dashboards.
  • Client Presentations: Create and deliver persuasive client presentations that communicate insights and data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

  • Digital Tactics Knowledge: Thorough understanding of digital tactics, including paid search, paid social, and display media.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a positive problem-solving approach.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing/Advertising, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in an analyst role.
  • Platform Proficiency: Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, and other ad platforms.
  • Tool Competency: Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization tools (Looker Studio), CRM systems, Keynote, CMS platforms, and other cloud-based apps.
  • Multitasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data Skills: Proficiency with data and statistical calculations.
  • Passion for Digital: A genuine passion for the digital space and its growth opportunities.
