The Sales Associate is an entry-level position responsible for providing positive frontline contact with customers, determining and meeting customer needs, providing customer assistance and support, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The associate will also provide excellent communication to translate customer needs into solutions and exercise the appropriate level of persuasiveness needed to close sales.
