BACKGROUND: The Timber Rattlers, located in Appleton, Wisconsin (between Green Bay and Milwaukee), are a highly respected team in Minor League Baseball and the Single 'A' affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers. The Timber Rattlers are locally and nationally recognized from a marketing and operations standpoint and the Appleton community is recognized as a great place to live, work and play.JOB DESCRIPTION:The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers are currently looking for an organized and customer service minded individual to join the our full-time staff and ticket sales department as a Season Ticket/Ticket Office Coordinator. The Season Ticket/Ticket Office Coordinator will handle a mixture of ticket operations in the box office as well as work with all individual season ticket and mini-package ticket holders and report to the Director of Ticket sales. The individual will primarily work to renew and bring in new individual package holders, along with servicing each account throughout the year. The individual will also be responsible for selling and coordinating group outings at the ballpark including but not limited to Birthdays, Churches, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, and Scout Nights. This person will also assist in the scheduling and management of ticket sellers and ticket takers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and enhance positive relationships with clients through a high level of contact in social settings or by taking full advantage of other relationship building or entertainment opportunities. Work with the Director of Ticket Sales to complete daily ticket reports. Meet and greet season ticket package, groups, and individual ticket holders during ballgames. Provide the highest level of customer service to all fans through in-person and phone communication. Develop new season ticket customers and maintain a positive relationship with current ticket holders including answering questions, troubleshooting, taking and following through on orders, delivering tickets, and arranging for invoicing. Understand and effectively meet or exceed individual and team ticket goals by prospecting for new inside/outside sales accounts through cold calls/e-mail/text targeting individuals and corporate/youth sports/church/scout outings. Effectively monitor client's satisfaction with follow-up contact throughout the season. Assist in the training and management of box office interns and game day ticket sellers and ticket takers. Help operate Tickets.com ProVenue ticket database and keep records current and accurate.
