Coastal Farm in your area is looking for a Seasonal Carhartt Merchandiser.
Primary Purpose
This position will be responsible for processing Carhartt freight to the selling floor and merchandising to required standards.
Details:
- 90 Day Seasonal employment.
- Part time hours.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Must be willing to travel to multiple store locations.
- Potential compensated overnight travel.
- Process, sensor tags, price, and put product out onto the sales floor.
- Fold, size, and zip merchandise.
- Maintain an organized and clean Carhartt shop.
- Ensure seasonal floor set is maintained.
- Maintain proper point of sale signage based on product and movement.
- Responsible for overall appearance of the Carhartt shop including mannequins, signs, and merchandising standards.
- Engage all Carhartt customers and find associate for assistance if needed.
- Maintain open communication with the Softlines Merchandisers regarding inventory issues and merchandising questions.

Qualifications
- Ability to effectively work independently, as well as with a team.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven organization, prioritization, and detail-oriented skills.
- Proven ability to demonstrate strong skills in listening, negotiating, and resolving conflicts.
- Familiar with operating a computer system (including email).
- Ability to obtain and possess valid driver's license and insurance.
