**Job Role:**
McGill Restoration is now seeking Seasonal and part-time Laborers for commercial development to join our rapidly growing team!
**Day-to-day responsibilities include:**
* Prepare and grind surfaces
* Clean and prepare job sites
* Mix materials
* Traffic control
* Demolition
* Demobilize work areas
* Operate hand and power tools (air hammers, grinders, cutting tools, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists)
**Qualifications:**
* Extensive standing, stooping, walking, handling and grasping with repetitive motions
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Demonstrated problem solving and people skills
* High accuracy in work, attention to detail
* Proven oral and written skills required
* Complete all company training as required
* Hold a valid drivers license with reliable transportation
