We are looking for a Seasonal Corporate Customer Service Representative to answer calls and problem solve customer inquiries with the southern hospitality that Palmetto Moon is known for. This role is expected to ensure clear communication to customers on any known issues with online ordering, process returns in a timely manner, answer any questions regarding orders or stores, ensure accuracy on daily gift card activity (both in store and online), and support the E-Commerce (Fulfillment) Team.Additional Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information on products or purchases
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
  • Refer advanced cases to management for resolution, providing background information as necessary
  • Actively pursue continuous education on current and new products/vendors in order to have a working knowledge sufficient to assist customers
  • Assist customer with product replacement due to a defective item, delivery error or packaging deficiency, wrong item received, etc.
  • This role will also be trained in all aspects of order fulfillment to assist during peak business periods
    • Picking ordered goods
    • Order staging
    • Shipping/Packaging
Qualifications
  • High attention to detail
  • Customer service experience
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Ability to multi-task and manage immediate, short term and long term projects
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, reach, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.
