Join the #HamFam as we Make Meals Memorable this Holiday Season! This position is onsite and is located within our Roswell Road offices. We are seeking Seasonal Customer Service Agents to assist with the following responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer phone calls
- Enter orders into CMS order entry platform
- Enter payments for customer and business orders
- Respond to customer questions, concerns and issues
Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
- Must pass a background check
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Must be a good listener and have a friendly, professional office and phone etiquette
- Must have good data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
The holiday season begins October 7th and will run through December 20th with weekday shifts beginning at 9:00 AM and ending at 5:00 PM for most opportunities. Weekend shifts may be required during the holiday season. - 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- High School Education
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- Good communication
- Listening and People skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to handle recurring problems
**Willing to work some overtime and weekends as requested by supervisor.
