Job Title: Seasonal Fulfillment Warehouse Team Member Position Overview: As a Seasonal Warehouse Team Member, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team responsible for picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently. This seasonal position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy contributing to a positive team culture. Responsibilities:
Order Picking: Utilize warehouse management systems to locate and pick items from shelves based on customer orders. - Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in matching items to order lists.
Packing: - Safely and efficiently pack items, ensuring they are secure for transit and conform to packaging guidelines.
- Utilize packaging materials appropriately to prevent damage during transportation.
Quality Control: - Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality meets company standards.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors.
Shipping: - Prepare shipping labels and documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Inventory Management: - Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by participating in periodic stock checks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods. Extensive walking will be required (up to 5 miles per shift).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
Schedule:
- This is a seasonal position with varying shifts based on operational needs that will be lasting into December.
- Schedule is flexible. Work 1 to 6 days/week for 4-8 hours/day.
