The Luxury Retail Sales Associate provides a fun and individualized shopping experience. Sales associates will be responsible for greeting customers, helping them to find items in the store, and ringing up their purchases.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Greet customers.
* Assist customers with finding items in the store and demonstrate how the item works.
* Understand products and knows features.
* Ring up purchases.
* Elevate complaints to management.
* Keep track of inventory.
* Dust shelves and maintain a clean store.

Physical Requirements:
* The associate may have to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
* 2 years' experience in Sales in an up-scale retail environment required.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Flexible work hours including weekend availability.
* Positive, outgoing, and friendly personality.
* Patience to work with children both young and old.
