SUMMARY

The team member ensures files are prepared for mailing in a timely manner to meet all deadline dates provided by each client

Must be able to pass the federal/ criminal background check, drug screening and verification of US citizenship status (authorization to work or VISA status not permitted) to be considered.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following

  • Preparation of documents to include stuffing into envelopes, scanning file into applicable App. applying postage, staging files according to their shipping method.
  • Verifies File amount, weight, domestic or international for appropriate shipping method.
  • Responsible for mailing files according to their SLO date, ensure there are no late files.
  • Audit files and or mail tubs due to client specifications
  • Maintains proper documentation used for tracking and/or billing purposes.
  • Works collaboratively with peers to ensure the department and customer's needs are met
  • Meets deadlines by working at a quick & steady pace while still maintaining quality/error free work
  • Conducts inventory checks to forecast equipment needs, department supply needs and reports to management
  • Willing to train and operate custom developed software and applications
  • Adheres to all company and department procedures to ensure the highest degree of efficiency is met

Qualification and Skill Requirements

  • Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Self starter, professional, conscientious and proactive, with the ambition to integrate into a fast moving, challenging environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to respond positively and act with a sense of urgency to challenging work and deadlines
  • Comfortable doing work, that may feel repetitive, for extended periods of time
  • Frequently multi-tasks while maintaining extreme attention to detail and high quality standards
  • Ethical with a commitment to comply with our 100% data integrity policy

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent and/or 1+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This opportunity is for seasonal full-time, Mon-Fri, 40 hour work week (OT will be offered) with opportunity to transfer to regular FT positions with benefits.
