Job Description

1st shift hours - 6:45am-7:00pm Monday thru Thursday. Some OT on Fridays is possible and it is Mandatory.

Position pay $17/hr.

What You'll Do as: Operator - Seasonal Position

• Follow safety policies and practices
• Report safety and non-compliance issues
• Perform duties efficiently as outlined in SOP's
• Perform various production and inspection duties
• Cuts tile into sizing needed
• Loads and Unloads
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more continuously throughout a 12 hour shift.
• Follows safety guidelines and procedures
• Inspecting tiles
• Detecting defects
• Standing for long periods of time in a non-climate controlled environment

Work Experience

• Must have Steel Toe shoes or boots
• Attention to detail
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Detail oriented
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• Reliability
• Experience in production roles
• Knowledge of WCM tools and templates
• Understanding of production and quality processes
• Ability to troubleshoot production quality issues
