About the RoleWe are looking for a talented, dedicated and hardworking individual to join our Customer Experience Team ahead of the busy holiday season. This is the perfect role for someone who is open to learning and doing a variety of customer experience-related tasks.This role is based in the West Loop in Chicago, IL and you will be expected to be in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays and provide remote support on weekends.Must be available to work on Black Friday - Nov 29, 2024RESPONSIBILITIESProvide an exceptional customer experience across a variety of customer inquiry channels (chat, email, phone, text, social)Support leadership in trend identification of customer problemsSupport customers through all phases of the buying process (inquiry, purchase, delivery, returns)Work closely with the Operations Team on Address Verifications/Return to SendersProactively improve systems to increase customer satisfactionDevelop robust knowledge of our product catalogBe a positive, collaborative team player who supports other team membersBe prompt with responding to customersEmpathic and self-directed problem solverMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSExcellent written and verbal communicator with strong interpersonal skillsOne to two years of customer service experience - e-commerce preferredExcellent attention to detailAbility to quickly learn new technology systemsComfortable working at a fast paced startup environment where change is frequent
