Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMurray's Cheese is looking for a seasonal Prep Cook to join our team!

Who You Are- Passionate: Cooking and preparing food is your passion, especially when it involves cheese!- Self-Starter: You are someone who knows what needs to happen to get the job done and can do so independently.- Attentive: You have a pulse on all inventory levels and expiration dates. You are an expert in freshness and know just how to deliver it! Your awareness of how equipment is functioning allows you to be ahead of the game on any potential safety hazards!

What You Do- Prep: Alongside the rest of the kitchen staff, you prepare all of our cheesetastic menu items! You remain in compliance with all kitchen rules, quality standards, policies and procedures.

What We Need From You- 2+ years of prep experience or a recent graduate of culinary school- Ability to work independently- Flexible availability to work full-time, variable, Mon-Sat 7AM-6PM- Spanish speaking a PLUS- NYC Food Handler's Certification
