Well... we're searching for a part time seasonal sales support associates like you to join our team at Columbus Circle from November 25th through February 15th. As a part time seasonal sales support associate with Venus ET Fleur, you will greet clients, maintain visual standards on the sales floor and assist sales associates with closing the sale. At Venus ET Fleur we are committed to our team members, we want you to flourish! We are looking for an experienced and responsible sales associates to join our team! Responsibilities: (including but not limited to):
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficient in verbal and written English language
- Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
- Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
- Available work rotating weekly schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Requirements + Qualifications:
- Timeliness; reporting to work on time and available rotating retail schedule
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail
- Availability on weekends and 2 additional shifts during the week
- Good communication skills
- Confident and outgoing
- At least 2-3 year of luxury retail experience
