The Runner is responsible for overseeing expo stations, maintaining the flow of service, delivery of food and beverage, and assisting the servers in the dining room in the dining room. This position requires a motivated hospitality professional who is organized, friendly, and passionate. You will be an integral part of our service team who sets the stage for a memorable meal. You have a passion for food and beverage and you strive to provide selfless hospitality to our guests. You have amazing attention to detail, work well as part of a team, and work well under pressure.

  • Assemble multiple types of dishes and beverages based on order type, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
  • Set up and maintain the expo area for service, keeping it clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Break down and clean the expo area each night, following proper sanitation guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless order delivery
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines regarding food handling, cleanliness, and safety
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed, including bussing tables, restocking supplies, and providing support to other team members
  • Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to the restaurants dress code
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions as required
  • 1-2 years experience in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Prior experience as a Runner or server assistant in a full-service restaurant
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Punctuality and reliability in attendance
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
