Fall harvest help needed! Looking for dependable and hardworking seasonal scale operators for multiple openings and shifts for our 11 locations. Both day and evening shifts available. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Weigh all inbound and outbound trucks
- Enter all required information and generate scale tickets
- Probe and grade incoming grain for quality and moisture
- Provide a high level of customer service by addressing customers in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner.
- Communicate with drivers and dump pit operators
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform other duties or activities as needed or directed by supervisor
- Work with office personnel to keep office clean
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- At least 16 years of age
- Basic computer skills
- Able to work in dusty environment
