Job DetailsJob Location: Palm Beach Atlantic University - West Palm Beach - West Palm Beach, FLPosition Type: SeasonalSalary Range: UndisclosedDescriptionSUMMARY: Palm Beach Atlantic University is seeking temporary, part-time employees to assist our team during peak times of the year. For example, graduation, camps, or providing additional coverage as necessary.* Must be supportive of PBA's mission to equip students to grow in wisdom, lead with conviction, and serve God boldly.* Must support PBA as a Christ-first University.* Must be a team player.* Must collaborate and partner with others to complete tasks and assigned responsibilities.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:* Required:* Excellent communication skills.* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.* Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.* Ability to function well in a high-paced environment while navigating multiple priorities simultaneously.* Preferred:* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Physical Requirements:* Positions may require sitting or standing for extended periods of time, climbing ladders or stairs, and lifting objects that may weigh up to 40lbs.Education and Experience:* Candidates must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.* Preferred experience working in a customer service, educational, marketing, advertising, or event/production environment.* In some cases, additional education and experience may be required.
