As a Belk Visual Security Associate your primary role will be to provide a positive candidate experience by giving a consistent visual theft deterrence. The Visual Security Associate will be assigned a strategic location in the store and will be tasked with monitoring activity in the area. The VSA will perform additional duties as assigned with a cooperative approach to improve overall store experience. - Greet customers and maintain a designated area of responsibility inside the store to observe the customer experience and identify activities that may indicate potential theft.

Position Contribution Level : Minimum Education & Experience: - High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience not required.
Preferred Education & Experience: - Experience in retail preferred but not required.
Knowledge & Skills: - Ability to operate standard phone, computer, calculator, and other business machines.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to perform some lifting (25-50 lbs)
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
