Insight Global is looking for a Procurement Specialist to support a large federal client out of the D.C area. This client is supporting multiple business process workshops to improve changes to the financial business processes and the data solution designs. This candidate will have knowledge of the DOD procurement processes, policies, and procedures and have experience. Their day to day will consist of performing gap analysis between where they are at in the procurement process and where they want to be and looking at the system regulation to migrate into the S4HANA environment. The work will be done in a remote capacity unless the candidate sits in the DC area and options into coming onsite one day a week. This a 11 month contracting role with Insight Global, with potential extensions. The client is aiming for a start date of December 2nd. Required Skills & Experience- Interim or Secret Clearance- Bachelor's Degree in any related field or 4 years of relevant experience- Strong end to end Procurement background- Deep understanding of inventory management Nice to Have Skills & Experience- Experience working in an SAP S4 HANA environment for a federal government project- Navy background preferred Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
