Senior Reliability Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Arlington, VA – onsite 1-2x/week

Duration: 6-month contract to hire (program is good through Spring 2027)

Salary Range: $150-187k depending on level of experience

Must Haves:

• Active Secret clearance or higher
• Bachelors Degree in STEM
• 9+ years of related experience (or a Masters Degree and 7+)
• Experience in Reliability and/or Maintainability Engineering
• General knowledge of DOD acquisition or systems engineering lifecycle

Responsibilities:

Insight Global is looking for an Reliability Engineer to support a high-level DoD customer based in the DMV area. They will work to advance the R&M engineering practices, focusing on sustainment of reliable and maintainable weapon systems. They will work closely with the R&M community of practice and SES level DoD customers and executives. They will focus on key R&E modernization priorities and related policies, procedures, legislation, practices, guidance, standards, handbooks, and DoD workforce training. in coordination with other federal agencies, and academic and industry partners. Highly qualified candidates will have additional experience with model-based systems engineering and/or software development (to include software reliability).
