Insight Global is looking to add a Scrum Master to a federal client's program team that is primarily remote, aside from planning meetings conducted in O'fallon Illinois every 10 weeks for 2 business days. This team is looking to add someone local to the area, or within near driving distance to support the travel requirement. This individual will lead their team through the software development process. They will be guiding, implementing, and continuously improving agile / Scrum principles by providing mentorship and facilitating in scrum events including sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospective meetings. They will interface with client personnel and develop relationships with stakeholders. Experience using VersionOne SAFe Certified Scrum Master Familiarity with Java Software Development 2-5+ years of Scrum Master experience Active Secret Clearance Strong Agile experience and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology. Within 4 hours of O'Fallon Illinois (this team works remotely apart from planning meetings held every 10 weeks requiring to be onsite in O'Fallon Illinois) Relevant certifications: Agile Certified Professional or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Bachelor's Degree
