Insight Global is seeking an Enterprise Service Desk Technician that has a very strong background in Active Directory Systems Administration. This candidate will also need to have an understanding pf TCP/IP along with the ability to configure a Cisco router and switch. They must understand what DNS and DHCP do and have some experience with Firewalls. Have the capability to be a training representative for everyone on site with Cisco Routers and Switches. Provide written reports and presentations to government leaders and other decision-makers on the status of the program. The position will be on Shaw Airforce base in Sumter, SC.
