An employer is looking for a Secret International Affairs Analyst for a large-scale space & ground system acquisition program in the El Segundo, CA area on a hybrid basis. The Analyst will will have regular interactions with U.S. government and international partners to relate program cost, schedule, and performance data to the acquisition lifecycle. They will be responsible for performing receiver handling and integration reviews (RHIRs) and site security surveys, along with identifying and analyzing solutions supporting the successful delivery of complex security and cooperation programs. Required Skills & Experience- Active Secret Clearance- Bachelors Degree- 8+ years of experience working with foreign clients and export control, including ITAR issues and analyzing international security cooperation policy- Knowledge of the DoD Acquisition lifecycle- Experience analyzing political, economic, and social trends, and providing advice on foreign policy matters (international security, defense strategy, and military operations)- Experience working with the foreign disclosure office (FDO) Nice to Have Skills & Experience- TS/SCI clearance- Masters degree in Engineering- Experience with foreign military sales Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
