Job Description-As a Customer Windows Print Server Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's print infrastructure, ensuring high availability and efficiency of print services. You will work closely with both on-site and remote users to resolve printing issues, coordinate upgrades, and provide expert support for Windows print environments-Design, implement, and maintain Windows print server infrastructure-Manage print queues, drivers, and printer deployments across the organization-Troubleshoot complex printing issues and provide timely resolutions-Configure and maintain print security policies and access controls-Monitor print server performance and implement optimizations-Plan and execute print server upgrades and migrationsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Desktop system management responsibilities involving account monitoring, security, Operating System (OS) installation, and other local area system administration related functions.-Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.-Staging and reimaging of Desktops and laptops using Windows AD and Microsoft SCCM-Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy as it relates to printer deployment-Familiarity with TCP/IP networking and printer protocols -Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and print management.-Strong systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks.
