Under general supervision performs general office and secretarial duties of considerable difficulty; performs related work as assigned.Essential Functions (Illustrative Only) Formats, composes, and types difficult correspondence; supervises staff; arranges appointments and meetings; prepares clerical records and reports; processes confidential and sensitive documents; trains other staff members; interviews applicants. Minimum Qualifications Five (5) years experience in performing general secretarial office work (based on specific position requirements, one (1) year of supervisory experience may be required); must possess and maintain a valid Arizona driver's license and ability to be covered by county insurance. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved may be considered. WORK ENVIRONMENT:Work is primarily performed under general supervision. Incumbent generally performs work in a typical office setting with appropriate climate controls.
