At Summa Rehabilitation Hospital, we are passionate about patient care! At our 60-bed hospital, we provide inpatient rehabilitative services to our patients who are often recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.

We are seeking a Secretary to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of one (1) years clerical or administrative assistant experience required. Hospital experience preferred.
  • High School diploma required.
  • OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

  • Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work closely and professionally with others.

Responsibilities:

Provides clerical support and assistance with admissions and discharges in the Case Management department. Integrates the hospitals mission and Guiding Principles into daily practice.
