1. Maintain all records on heating equipment for annual summer overhaul, service records and preventative maintenance. Collect and scan confined space permits and burner efficiency reports
to appropriate departments.
2. Submit Movaris requests (LAN Access, ID Access, Blackberry Requests and Repairs, Parking Permits, Oracle, Training, etc.)
3. Serve as Heating liaison for Maximo requests.
4. Coordinate and schedule mandatory training for all Heating staff and supervisors (including sessions through NYCHA professional development, vendors/contractors and EH&S Units).
5. Maintain files for all developments and 9 Clusters.
6. Manage a total of 512 NYCHA timecards; update KRONOS daily; promptly prepare pay docks, pay suspensions and other forms.
7. Prepare Movaris forms such as: action on paycheck, pay restoration, payroll distribution, change request, KRONOS revisions, and ID access card request and scheduling.

Minimum Qualifications
A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's Department of Education or a recognized accrediting organization?
Skills Requirement: You will be required to meet the typing skills requirement by demonstrating the ability to type accurately on a personal computer at a minimum speed of 35 words per minute after errors are deducted. You must meet this requirement in order to be appointed.
