We accomplish this through innovation, constant process improvement, and an uncompromising commitment to hiring, retaining, and rewarding the best talent available.General Statement of Job:The Secured Space Operator will serve as the communication hub for incidents in which requires an Emergency ServicesUnit (ESU) response. You will monitor internal communications platforms to include but not limited to radio andchatroom platforms to maintain situational awareness of security related incidents. Your primary focus will beto gather, record, and disseminate information to all security personnel and stakeholders in a timely manner toensure a quick response. This position is part of a 24/7, 365-day operation, which requires flexibility to work allshifts and assist the team with overtime when needed. Utilizing communication channels to communicate with various teams Sharing relevant information from one chatroom to another Documenting all information and sharing with appropriate stakeholders Monitoring CCTV systems for the specific location of ongoing incidents Maintaining the status and location of Emergency Services members Requesting assistance from other team members to expedite the process Communicating effectively and competently Cut necessary internal tracking tickets, e.g. Security Bulletins Coordinate local Law Enforcement responses to any incident as necessary Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications and Requirements: CPR/AED certification. Unarmed State Guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client-requested certification; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise noted. Associate's degree or two plus years of work experience in the military, law enforcement, government, or corporate security. General knowledge of security systems including alarm monitoring, electronic access control, and CCTV. Lenel is a plus. Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service. Must be able to multitask and have the ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments.
