An elite investor-side boutique law firm seeks to hire a midlevel or senior litigation associate for its NYC office; attorneys often work remotely, but they can also work from the firm's Manhattan office if they would like. The position focuses on securities fraud class action litigation and shareholder derivative matters, and it offers the opportunity for good substantive experience and work with an impressive, tight-knit group of attorneys on high-stakes matters. The firm seeks a well-credentialed attorney who ideally has securities litigation experience and solid brief drafting experience. Base compensation is about two hundred to two hundred twenty-five thousand (depending on experience), and bonuses range depending on firm and individual performance and can be very substantial. We have close ties with this firm and have placed 11 attorneys there.
