Join a growing and successful Securitization Origination team as part of a leading global bank. The Securitization product at BBVA is a newer effort added to the CIB platform to expand the Bank's value-added product capabilities available to its corporate and financial institutions clients. The team is focused on arranging, executing and managing securitization financing transactions for relationship clients to support working capital needs, fund growth, and expand access to alternative sources of liquidity. The Securitization team in the US will become a strategic partner to clients and build a leading presence in the Securitization and ABS market in coordination with BBVA's broader efforts to grow its entire CIB platform.
As an analyst on the Securitization team, you will work directly with senior team members in preparing marketing material, detailed credit and data analyses and recommendations to help our clients succeed. You will also be an integral part of executing the solutions we present to clients, from preparing term sheets, creating lender presentations, negotiating legal documentation, and executing the internal securitization facility closing process. Analysts on our team will need to quickly learn securitization financing concepts, cutting edge technologies, macro themes, and regulatory changes, staying in front of trends relevant to our clients.
In these roles, analysts will need to develop and manage complex financial models and be able to create highly professional pitchbooks to clearly present our solutions to clients. The analyst will also need to demonstrate an understanding of securitization reporting, macroeconomic and accounting concepts including how securitization financing fits into a client's capital and liquidity structure. A high level of technical competence is a must for this role. The successful candidate would directly support the Securitization team but will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the other capital markets teams that are part of BBVA's Investment Banking & Financing platform over time.
