GardaWorld Security Services is looking for an Account Manager to fulfill different assignments for our clients.JOB DESCRIPTIONAs an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring exceptional service delivery to our client in Tucson, AZ. Your role encompasses a range of critical responsibilities, combining operational oversight, client relationship management, and team coordination. Your ability to navigate complex security scenarios, communicate effectively, and maintain a proactive approach will significantly contribute to our success. Thank you for your dedication to safeguarding our clients and their assets!General Account Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Supervise the day-to-day service provided to the client and ensure service is of the highest standard
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees and liaise between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff.
  • Meet regularly with clients to address problems, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the account.
  • Ensure 100% payroll and billing accuracy.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with assigned accounts' federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Respond quickly to critical situations
  • Ability to read and write detailed reports
  • Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
QUALIFICATIONSQualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
  • At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
  • Comfortable with the use of technology.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of professional‐level experience required. Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, and/or military is a plus.
  • Experience in scheduling, operations, or other functions of the security industry is a plus.
  • WinTeam experience is a plus!
