Job Summary The Security Administrative Assistant must be a detailed-oriented person with a heart to serve at Cornerstone Chapel and the ability to work efficiently in a changing environment. This individual will demonstrate the fruit of the Spirit in all interactions with congregants, volunteers, and staff. This position reports to the Director of Security.Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 required; Minimum age of 21 preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 - 5 years of experience in an administrative support role preferred

Work Hours / Travel
- Occasional local visits to Cornerstone Christian Academy, as needed
- 40 hours per week; work hours will vary and will require flexibility to work evening and weekend hours
Job Functions and Tasks Essential Functions
- Effectively communicates with Manager concerning any needs, issues, or concerns
- Answers phone calls and gives information to callers, takes messages, or transfers calls to appropriate individuals
- Operates office equipment such as computers, printers/copiers, or phone systems, and requests repairs or updates when equipment malfunctions
- Manage events, trainings and meeting for Safety and Security Team
- Works alongside of Security Operations Specialist with volunteer scheduling system as needed
- Provides administrative review of background checks in support of Director of Security
- Manage AED inventories at all locations ensuring compliance
- Manage Security, First Aid, CPR and AED training programs for CC/ CCA including scheduling trainings, maintaining training records, interact with trainers , staff and volunteers
- Collects credit card receipts and expense information from managers and submits to manager and accounting for approval and processing using Concur financial management system
- Provides expense information for department invoices and submits to manager and accounting for approval and processing using Concur financial management system
- Prepares reports, letters, expense statements, and other documents using Office 365 Word processing, Excel spreadsheet, or PowerPoint presentation software
- Maintains inventory and supervises ordering of supplies for CC and CCA Security, MERT, Ushers and Parking Teams
- Learns to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented
- Programming new/changed CCA RFID Access Card and maintaining necessary supplies
- Coordinate repair/issues of Cornerstone Chapel/CCA radios
- Assist with management of CCA Watchdog Dads program
