Safe Haven Security is looking for an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to join our organization. In the role of Installation Technician / Security Advisor you will play a crucial role in providing best-in-class service to our customers by installing, servicing, and troubleshooting residential alarm and automation systems. Your primary goal will be to ensure the proper functioning and optimal performance of security systems, providing our customers with peace of mind and protection. In this role you will: Perform installation of security alarm systems including control panels, sensors, cameras, and other related equipment. Engaging in sales consultations with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate security solutions. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the customer's security alarm systems, identifying root cause, and implementing appropriate solutions to ensure proper function.
