Job Title: Full-Time Security AssistantGrand Villa Senior Living of Palm Bay is currently seeking a Full-Time Security Assistant to join our team. The Security Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the overall safety and security of our property, residents, and employees. Responsibilities:- Monitor and patrol the property to ensure the safety and security of residents and employees- Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed- Maintain accurate records of all incidents and activities- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify potential security risks- Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement security protocols and procedures- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitorsRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Prior experience in security or law enforcement preferred- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in emergency situations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
