Job DescriptionSecurity Officer Card Processor position in Freehold, NJ Job Description A Security Credential Center is responsible for managing, printing, programming and issuing Building Photo ID's and Access Cards across the US to all Verizon Employees, Vendors, and Contractors. Responsibilities:
- Office based environment within the Freehold, NJ Facility.
- Work with-in several database systems to complete Security Credential Requests
- Security Credential Center Request Database (web portal) / Smartsheet / GNI-PDC web portal
- Retrieve headshot photos and cardholder information
- Badge Management System
- Search/create records, load and crop photos
- Issue Photo ID card/building access cards
- Maintain high standard of quality control
- Guidelines will be provided
- Must adhere to company Policies, Practices and Procedures.
Must be able to work Monday to Friday scheduled shift either : 8:00am to 4:30p or 10:00am to 7:30pRequired Skills:
- Proficient in using a PC.
- Ability to use GOOGLE's Suite of tools, MS Word and Excel.
- Good analytical skills and demonstrated attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to follow Instructions, processes and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and follow up.
- Must work well with others and be team oriented.
- Well Developed Communication Skills - ability to communicate effectively with customers - oral, written and listening.
- Ability to learn from constructive criticism
- Work Independently.
- Fast learning abilities.
- SORA card will need or able to obtained.
