Job Description Responsible for the efficient operation of the security dispatch desk.
- Operate the Dispatch Desk.
- Monitor all officers' current locations and assignments.
- Prioritize telephone requests for assistance and dispatch officers according to priority of telephone requests received.
- Access log screen on computer and update information as officers' details change.
- Listen to and acknowledge incoming radio calls as appropriate.
- Maintain control of Key Log and issuance and return of keys.
- Input information from written reports (Lost, Investigative, etc.) into computer and file or maintain organization of written reports and correspondence.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented to effectively and efficiently handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be computer literate.
- Prior experience in casino security dispatch (or similar field) preferred.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
