: Job Details :

Provide safety, service and security functions at the Stevens Point campus. Responsible for monitoring the operational status of support equipment and backup systems. Must also respond to possible medical and fire emergency situations and direct any unscheduled traffic. Position Overview: Maintain physical surveillance of the complex. Record any incidents/safety violations that occur in a timely and documented fashion. Provide liaison with local law enforcement agencies, fire department, emergency medical personnel, and other Lands' End departments. Responsible for opening and closing buildings. Monitor the operational status of essential support equipment and any deviation to proper personnel. Maintain good community relations. Provide employee assistance (i.e. jump starts, escorts). Assist with fire and tornado evacuations and severe weather procedures. Operation of snow removal equipment. Cover Receptionist's lunches and breaks.
